Delivery arrangements will be the obligation of the seller/buyer.
The buyer and seller should agree on the method of delivery at the time of the sale and before any funds are exchanged. HURD TRADER will not ship or make arrangements to deliver any item and represents no agreement between buyer/seller for delivery.

HURD TRADER provides the selling and trading of items as a service to our customers and does not expresses or imply any guarantee or warranty for any item posted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the condition and validity of the item and seller. HURD TRADER will not participate in disputes over any item sold or traded. HURD TRADER will not take possession of any item sold or traded.

The seller/buyer may want to consult the ATF for conditions of delivery of a firearm. This may be reviewed at their web site at www.ATF.gov HURD TRADER will not take possession of any firearm sold or traded on the HURD TRADER site.

Should HURD TRADER be cited as a participant and required to respond to any litigation involved in the sale and/or trade of any item, all parties in the dispute will reimburse HURD TRADER for any cost relating to any litigation, including, but not limited to, the attorney fees, labor and all related cost to HURD TRADER and it’s subsidiaries.

Some of the items we WILL NOT post: Pornography of any type – Anti American items – Drugs – Any item deemed illegal by any Federal, State or Local government. If you are unsure about your item you may have your item reviewed prior to purchasing a posting. Simply submit the item you want to post via email we will respond to you within 24 hours. NOTE* Once the posting is purchased it is NONREFUNDABLE.
