Policies

WARRANTY
Hurd Feeders are made in the USA by American craftsmen, and are covered by a 5 year limited warranty against defects in materials and/or craftsmanship.

SHIPPING
Our shipping is based off the product and the state. If shipping to Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Louisiana, the small feeder's ship charge is $100 and the large feeder is $150. If shipping outside of those states, please call for shipping rate.

You have three delivery options when ordering your feeder.
  1. You can pick up the feeder at our Tulsa facility and no shipping charges are added.
  2. You can have the feeder shipped freight collect and pay the shipping charges when you pickup your feeder at the 
      FedEx docks.
  3. You can pay the flat rate shipping charges when you order and then pick up your feeder at the FedEx dock.

Either delivery option you chose will be at the discount rate we have established with FedEx. Should you chose to use another carrier the rate will be substantially more.

Due to the size of the feeders they are shipped LTL freight and must be picked up at your nearest FedEx freight facility. Home delivery is available but will also add an additional charge for shipping. In most cases this charge will add $100.00 to shipping cost. Should you desire a shipping method other than those listed please contact us at customerservice@hurdoutdoors.com we will make the arrangements you request for delivery.

RETURNS
Any issue with your feeder should be reported to Hurd Feeders within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment.

Any issue with freight damage must be addressed through the freight line. Your feeder must be inspected upon receipt for damages inflicted during shipment. Any damage during shipment is the responsibility of the freight carrier.

Should any defect be found due to materials and/or workmanship by the manufacture report the issue immediately to HURD OUTDOORS.

In the unlikely event of a manufacture defect, HURD OUTDOORS will repair or replace the feeder at their discretion.

Return of a feeder is subject to a 10% restocking charge. Any feeders returned must be returned to Hurd Outdoors freight prepaid. In addition, you must have a return authorization number from Hurd Feeders. This number can be obtained by contacting Hurd Feeders either by email or phone. The unit must include a complete description of the reason for the return.

After evaluation of the returned feeder, Hurd Feeders will determine the reason for the issue and provide a suggested resolution. Should the resolution not be satisfactory to the customer, a refund of the purchase amount less the 10% restocking will be issued. Freight charges are not refundable. Freight and any shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Those suppliers that use the store front of HURD OUTDOORS store supply their own return policies, warranty Information and shipping guidelines. As a purchaser you should check the policies of companies that have their items listed on the HURD OUTDOORS store. HURD OUTDOORS posts items from outside suppliers as a one stop shopping convenience to our customers and does not provide any return policies, warranty, shipping guidelines or product verification from these companies. The issues should be reviewed at the company contact information provided.

SECURITY
You can feel completely secure when ordering from our site. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet.

PRIVACY
HURD OUTDOORS does not sell or give out customer account information to other companies.
