The 1250 feeder is constructed of 20 gauge galvanized metal. It is 47 inches wide by 23 inches deep and stands 56 1/2 inches tall without the stand. The primed steel stand, when assembled is 36 1/2 inches high. The 1250 feeder has a recessed bottom to receive the stand. When the 1250 is installed on the stand, the total height is 92 1/2 inches and is easily filled from the bed of a pickup. Both the 1250 and the 500 pound feeders deliver feed at approximately 37 inches above the ground. The feed therefore is unavailable to most varmints and hogs. The 6 feed ports assure ample opportunity for all of your deer. All feeders are furnished with 4 - 24 inch stakes which are driven through the hole in the plate on the bottom each leg.
